| 1. How do I sign up for Online Banking? Go to our homepage at www.cattlebank.com and click on the ”Enroll” button on the top right hand corner of the page. Read and agree to the online banking disclosure. Fill out the First Time Log In Page and click on submit. Or return to the online banking home page by clicking on the link above. Then click on the ”1st-Time” button, read and agree to the online banking disclosure and fill out the First Time Log In Page. Back to Top |

| 2. How can I be assured that my financial information is secure? Maintaining your financial privacy is of utmost importance to us. In order to accomplish this, we have implemented multiple security features. For your protection, our Online Banking service requires the use of a web browser with a 128-bit technology. | 3. Is there a fee for Online Banking? In short, no. There is no fee to access your accounts through Online Banking. You can view your account balances, transactions or make transfers free of charge. Back to Top |

| 4. What is the Bill Payment Service and is there a fee? The Cattle National Bank & Trust Co.’s Bill Payment Service allows you to pay your bills electronically. You can pay up to 10 bills per statement cycle for free. Each additional payment is $ 0.50. Back to Top |

| 7. How do I logon to Online Banking? After signing up for Online Banking you will be issued a password and access id. This password and access id will be used when you logon for the first time. When you have completed the enrollment you will receive notification of successful enrollement. Your access id will then be emailed to you and your password will be mailed to you separetaly. After you receive both your password and your access id you will use them to log on. The system will then prompt you to change your access id and password. Your access id must be a minimum of six characters long. Your password must also be a minimum of six characters and include at least one number and one letter character. They are both case sensitive. | 8. Are there any cut-off times for Online Banking? The Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during maintenance periods. Payments, transfers and cancellations must be scheduled by 4:00 p.m. any payments, transfers or cancellations after 4:00p.m. will be effective the next business day. Back to Top |

| 9. How do I access my accounts? Once you have successfully logged in, all accounts associated with your access id and password will be categorized in the account list. Click on the account number to view a single account. |

| 10. What accounts can I view? You will be able to view checking, overdraft protection, savings, money market accounts, certificates of deposit (CD’s), IRA’s and loans. Back to Top |

| 11. What information will I be able to obtain with Online Banking? Deposit account inquiries are separated into three sections: Current Balance, Interest Information and Activity Information. In addition, you will be able to view your current and previous statement transactions. Loan inquires are separated into four sections: Current Payment Information, Other Date Information, Other Balance Information and Escrow Information. |

| 12. How do I transfer money between my accounts? To establish a one time transfer, click the “Express Transfer” button. Chose the account the transfer will come from and go to and enter the amount in the amount field. Then click Next. For a recurring transfer open the account the transfer will come from and click the “Transfer” button. Chose the type of transfer you wish to perform and follow the prompts. Back to Top |

| 13. How do I change an existing transfer? Click the “Transfers” button then select the transfer you want to change from the “To Account” column of the list provided. Then simply update the information you want to change and then click the “Update” button to complete your request. Back to Top |

| 14. How quickly will a transaction I make display itself on-line? Online Banking is a real-time interface to your account. If you were to make a deposit with a teller or a withdrawal at an ATM the transaction will be immediately viewable with Online Banking. Back to Top |

| 15. How do I download my monthly statement? To Export transactions into a personal finance application, such as Intuit’s Quicken™, Microsoft Money™, Window Clipboard or Quickbooks, click the “Transactions” button. From the “Transactins” drop-down list box, select ”Transaction Menu”. Fill out the transaction search fields, chose the format you wish to export to and click on export. Back to Top |
